Pojistovna DIRECT has been operating on the Czech market since May 21, 2007. Permission to carry out insurance business was granted by the Czech National Bank (CNB) in April 2007. This was the first time gave NBC an insurance license to a new legal entity.
We offer our products through direct sales channels, ie telephone and Internet. The company is headquartered in Prague. Except for our customer center, located in the same direction as the headquarters of the company, we have no branches. True to our name, we offer services to our customers directly.
